Farewell

I am overwhelmed by your expressions of love and support as my ministry with Lexington Avenue Baptist Church comes to an end. My role as your associate pastor is ending, but my love and concern for you continues. Thank you for your generous love offering, for your many, many kind words shared verbally and on cards. I will strive to be the person you say I am.

I am grateful beyond words for the way you have accepted, loved, encouraged and supported Dianne, Brittany, and Kelsey. You have allowed them to be the women God has called them to be and to serve where they have been led. You were the village that raised our children. That means so much to me and to them.

I hope to see you around town, if we stay in Danville, and we hope to visit from time to time.

We leave bolstered by your love, prayers, encouragement and support. We look forward to what God has for us in the future.

Blessing,

Keith and Dianne

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
(Luke 10:27, NRSV)

Her efforts are appreciated. 2 Chron. 7:14: “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land”  (NRSV). Speakers at the event included: Tim Mathis, Pastor and Tim Blevins, Music Director, First Baptist Church on the bypass; Dr. Darrick Brisco, Senior Pastor (Devotional), First Baptist Church, Walnut Street; Justin Johnson (Government), Lexington Avenue Baptist Church; Dr. Joseph Pusateri, Pastor (Family), First Christian Church; Rev. Choe Sergent, Pastor (Education), First Baptist Church, Junction City; Rev.
