Nativity Display, December 30, 10:45 a.m.
Bring a favorite nativity (or two or more) to display in the sanctuary before and after worship. Cards will be available for you write you name and a note about the significanse of your nativity set. Anthem: “He Loved Us More”; Student Testimonies, including Kelsey Stillwell.
Christmas Gift for Christ, Sunday, January 6, 10:45 a.m.
Bring a non-perishable food item. Children and adults are invited to bring a non-perishable food item for the Salvation Army, representing a gift for Christ. Children will collect food items at the doors as you enter the sanctuary and will process in from the foyer during morning worship and lay these gifts on the Lord's Supper table. Most any non-perishable food item will be useful, but the following items are in great demand: spaghetti, hamburger helper, cereal, peanut butter, and Ramen noodles.
Children’s Breakfast Cooked by Youth, Sunday, Jan. 6
On Sunday January 6, during Sunday School, the Youth will prepare a really cool breakfast of pancakes, link sausage, muffins, milk, and juice for our children. Children meet first in their Sunday School room at 9:30 a.m. to finish preparations for the art show. Youth need to report to the kitchen promptly at 9:15 a.m.
Children’s Art Show & Open House, Sunday, January 6
Immediately following morning worship. Join the Children for light refreshments, visit the children’s area, and see the children’s Christmas art work they have been creating in Sunday School.
