Thank you so much for the signed card I received during my hospital stay for open-heart surgery. Your thoughts and prayer are deeply appreciated.
Please know that your ministry is very uplifting and inspiring to folks like myself who received it.
May God continue to bless you all.

Dear Lexington Avenue Baptist Church,
Please accept our deepest gratitude for your donation received Friday, June 29, 2012 in the amount of $250.00 to the Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation for the Hope Clinic. This generous contribution enables our Hope Clinic to deliver medical care and medications to those in the greatest need.
The health of many of our neighbors, friends and family has been improved because of the high quality medical care provided through the Hope Clinic. All too often, those most in need have to make difficult decisions regarding their limited resources. Food and shelter take priority, while health care often is ignored. Because of the generosity of others, these people have a place to turn for care and medicine.
Again, than you for your contribution.

Dear Church family,
My name is Gina Woods and my husband, Roger, has severe Multiple Sclerosis, seizures and several brain lesions. I don’t know what or who put us on your prayer list, but I want to say thank you and bless you! All prayers are welcomed and needed. Roger is undergoing chemo therapy every four weeks for 30 days. This month his doctor will repeat an MRI to see if any thing is improving. Again, we appreciate your thinking of us and all your prayers and support.
