Happy New Year!
Thank You LABC family for the generous love offering. I appreciate you. Once again, I want to thank all of the children and volunteers for being part of Miracle on Main street. The play consisted of a group of children who would not give up on performing their play in front of a large group proclaiming their faith and spreading the true meaning of Christmas. In my opinion the LABC children are ready for the big time when it comes to their acting skills. However, I know there was not acting involved on that Sunday Night of the musical because each of the children celebrate Jesus and joyfully proclaim their faith without hesitation. Thank you all for your enthusiasm and sharing your Christmas spirit. Thank you for the gift to our congregation. --Love, Tara
Children’s Miracle on Main DVDs & T-Shirts:
Parents please return the music books to the church office and check with Gail if you need to pay for your child’s t-shirt. DVDs of the “Miracle on Main Street” musical are available in the church office as well.

MARCH 9-11 - Keep Your Weekend Open!!! An awesome weekend retreat. D-Now/KBF Missions Weekend. More information coming soon.
Winter Xtreme: Nine youth and three youth ministers spent our New Years weekend at the Xtreme Winter Conference in Gatlinburg, TN. We had an awesome time at Contemporary Christian concerts performed by Toby Mac, Switchfoot, Newsong, Red, Unhindered and several others. Many of our youth purchased these groups CD's, meeting the bands and getting their autographs. We sang, danced, partied, goofed around, laughed, cried and even had time to ride some go-karts! It was an amazing weekend for our youth to grow closer as a group and more importantly, closer in their walk with God. Thank you to everyone for their prayers and love over this weekend. --Kyle Bottoms

Box Tops for Education Labels for Oneida
Just a reminder that the Ruth Class continues to collect Box Tops for Education Labels, that we send to Oneida Baptist Institute, Oneida KY. We want to encourage all of our congregation and friends to do the same and bring them to the Ruth Class Sunday School room (302) on the top floor of the education building. You will find them on a multitude of products, but we usually identify them as “soup labels”. The folks at Oneida greatly appreciate them and are able to convert them to much needed items for school. The Ruth class took a field trip in October 2010 to the school and were graciously received. We worshipped with the 6-12 grade student body and faculty, had a wonderful lunch in the cafeteria, were hosted around the grounds and farm, and shopped in the craft shop. Ruth Class President, Joanne Key, presented President Underwood with our annual monetary Christmas gift. We were greatly blessed and impressed with the students, faculty and staff. We welcome your help in this Ruth Class tradition.--Paula Scott and the Ruth Class
