Thank You Notes, June 2011

Dear Tommy and LABC Family,

The Lord has blessed me in so many ways over the years. I have a wonderful Christian husband and children and grandchildren to be proud of.  I have been given many opportunities to work for my Lord and Savior as a minister's wife, children's church director/teacher, choir director , worship leader, organist, accompanist, and private piano teacher.  I've had chances to witness to His power and love in my life.

Thank you for giving me these last 15 years to work for Him here at Lexington Avenue Baptist Chrch. I have come to love you all as my Christian brothers and sisters.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful remembrances of my 15 years.

In Christian love,
Lois Baltzer

Thank you for your church's recent gift in the amount of $200.00 to Chaplain's Discretionary Fund. This gift will help individuals who need access to programs, services, and especially pharmaceuticals that would otherwise be beyond their menns. Through your generosity, you have contributed to improving many lives across south central Kentucky.

Again, thank you for your commitment to the health of our community. Working together, we are truly making a difference.

Sincerely,

Randall E. Greene
Executive Director
Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation

Dear Church family,

I would like to thank everyone for the prayers, cards, visits and food during my recent illness. Your concern is always appreciated.

In Christian love,

A big thank you to all the sunday school classes that provided financial support for the mission project that WOM II did at the Boyle County Public Library. Also thank you to the ladies that helped prepare, deliver and serve the meal. Without your help this would not have been possible.

Malinda Smith,
WOM II coordinator

Dear Tommy & friends at LABC,

Thank you so much for the mermaids gift certificate. We so enjoyed our "date" there - a last chance to enjoy Danville! We have so enjoyed getting to know your church family and are grateful that we do not have to say a final goodbye, as we are connected through the Ky-Morocco partnership.

We pray that God will continue to bless all you seek to do and be for Christ's Kingdom.

Grace & peace,
Karen, Kevin & Claire Smith

Thank you so much for remembering me in your prayers. I am here today because those prayers were heard. God Bless You!

Love,
Barbara Taylor
