Youth, Look Out 2011!
We are excited about a new year with the youth. Looking ahead this semester we are beginning to plan DNow, though we have not settled on a date yet, we are planning on a weekend in March. We are pumped about all of the ideas we have for DNow and can't wait to see how the youth respond to them. We will be going to WinterJam in February and will have a few other events later on in the semester, but we are putting all of our energy towards pulling together an awesome DNow experience with a unique approach. In order for this to be a success we will need all of the help we can get. For now we need your prayers. Pray for our youth that they may have a transforming faith experience, pray for us interns as we prepare and ask God to reveal to you how you can give of your talents to help. We look forward to seeing our youth grow even more this semester; grow in their faith and closer together. Thanks for all of your prayers and support; we will have more details on DNow very soon.
That's all for now, Justin, Kyle and Kelsey

Local Missions Dialogue & Supper, Wed., January 19, 6:15 pm
Sometimes we hear people say, “We wish we would be more involved in missions locally here in Danville and Boyle County.” We are pleased to know that there is such an interest in our church. So, in this Local Missions Dialogue we will: (1) Share what we are already doing locally, (2) Present some possibilities for local mission involvement that have come to our attention and listen for other ideas, and (3) Talk together about, “How can we, as a church, be more involved in local missions here in Danville/Boyle County?” We hope that all who would like to see our church become more involved in local missions will come be a part of this dialogue.
