The goal of the Children's Ministry is to help children develop spiritually, mentally, socially and physically through Bible study, mission activities, music and arts, recreation, and special activities.
Children's Bible Study Lexington Avenue Baptist offers age appropriate Bible study for children of all ages (age two through grade six) led by a caring staff of teachers, each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m.
Children learn about missions and missionaries, pray for missions, and engage in mission activities.

Nada Mission Trips Our children have been on several mission trips to Nada, Kentucky in the Mountains of Eastern Kentucky where they stay in cabins, build relationships with our friends in Nada, work on mission projects, and drink Ale-8-One at the Nada store. Children's Activities There are a number of special activities planned for children through the year: Vacation Bible School, Children's Recognition, Outdoor Easter Celebration, mission trips, Fall Festival and activities like: roller skating, baseball game trips, swimming, pumpkin patch, and more. Nursery Care A safe, loving, and educationally rich environment is provided for children ages birth through two during Sunday School, worship, and Wednesday evening children's activities.
We offer extended session for children age 3 through Kindergarten during worship.
