Lexington Avenue Baptist offers Bible study, fellowship and prayer groups for all ages, preschool, children, youth, and adults through Sunday School (Sundays at 9:30 a.m.), Wednesday night prayer and Bible Study, and special interest discipleship groups.
The Book of James Bible Study A ten week study beginning Tuesday, February 19th, from 6:30pm - 8:00pm led by Rebekah Carter. Call the church office to sign up.
Read the entire book of James several times, re-read the scriptures for each week's study. Allow the Holy spirit to bring the truth of the written word into your heart and show you how the scriptures relate to the circumstances in your daily life.
The Book of James is intended to inspire, encourage and convict you in your Christian walk. Thank you for allowing me to share this journey with you as we study together the Book of James. I pray that you will grow in your faith and draw closer to God as the Holy Spirit enlightens you through His life changing wisdom and knowledge. All resources in the series explore classic spiritual practices, and invite participants to develop daily patterns that open their live to a deepening relationship with God and one another.
